Proverbs 17:22 – A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.
Observations:
- Joyful heart = good medicine
- Crushed spirit = dries up the bones
Apply: There is a lot of sickness around me currently. I want to remember that a joyful heart is good medicine.
